Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews,)
• Build positive relationships with employees from different departments
• Together with managers find a new ways to measure quality of work and productivity
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and Management.
• Support in the creation, communication and ongoing maintenance of employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
• Support , create and deliver high quality creative communication material/content through your own work and working through others in the team.
• Ensure the most effective communications channels and tactics are used that enable clear and aligned messaging in line with business strategy.
• Manage and enhance internal communications channels, including the company Intranet and share company news in engaging ways.
• Supporting Employer Branding activities

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and in English (written and spoken)
• Polish is a plus
• Positive attitude and pro-active
• Strong teamwork skills
• Team player who values collaboration
